FAQ Campsite and health protocol Covid 19


Following the announcement of our president, and the opening of the borders, we have the pleasure of finally welcoming you to our campsite !All restrictions have been lifted and we can now start to think about summer holidays ! But we have to stay vigilant ! We have put in place several procedures to ensure a safe stay : simplified booking and extra sanitary measures ! To answer your questions, check out our FAQ.

In the campsite can the social distancing be respected ?

Yes, the reception will be arranged, for no contact, with only 3 persons at any one time. Moreover, the campsite covers 3,6 hectares, and our pitches are between 110 m2 and 200 m2, which allows easy social distancing.

What are the sanitary measures put in place to keep everyone safe in the campsite ?

  • Cleaning and disinfection of all accomodation using a steam cleaner and disinfection of toilets with an antiviral disinfectant.
  • Quarantine of accomodation (with ventilation) for 6 hours between two guests.
  • Making hydrolalcoholoc gel dispensers available in common areas when social distancing is not possible.
  • Obligation to wear masks for staff
  • Obligation to disinfect hands before entering the reception
  • Only 3 persons at the reception, respecting the rules of social distancing.
  • Training staff to implement different health measures.
  • Coordination with local authorities, pharmacies and doctors urgencies 3 kilomerers from the campsite.
  • Airing of the reception regularly (every 3 hours)
  • Avoid wearing gloves : they give a false sense of protection.
  • Internet or SMS check-in.

These measures can evolve according to government directives.

Can we go to the beach ?

Today, beaches are open ! You can go swimming in the sea and relax or play on the sand !

Will there be restauration on site ?

Every evening of the week, we welcome foodtrucks and we make crepes and galettes Sunday and Wednesday evenings.

Our Bar Terrace is open, with 1 meter between tables.

We wil sell bread ans pastries every morning and our small grocery store with local and basic necessities will be open in early July. Finally,the nearest supermarket is 2,5 km away, a market is present every Thursday morning and several bakeries are avaible in the village.

What can we do and where can we visit ?

Presqu’île de Rhuys is full of great places ! Many activities are possible by yourself or with your family. The hikes around the Gulf of Morbihan are spectacular ! On the ocean side, the great sandy beaches will certainly inspire you.

Warning to sunset hunters : you won’t be disappointed.

Nautical activities are also very present on the peninsula : Kitesurfing, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Boats of all kinds, Paddle, water skiing, Wakeboarding, Scuba diving…There is no shortage of clubs for those who would like to learn ! For the more adventurous, the boats connecting Houat, Hoëdic and Belle-Ile en Mer will be running this summer, the opportunity to take a day trip on one of these beautiful wild islands, with amazing landscapes, is not to be missed.

In short, there are many to do and see , for a complete reconnection with nature, all accompanied by a big bowl of sea air !

At present, historic sites such as Suiscinio Castel are open, but it is best to book your ticket online.

We want to go on holiday but given the uncertainty, we don’t want to risk losing our money. What are your policies ?

In order to allow you to book your summer holiday without stress, we are commited to refunding the down payment of your stay if you or your family encounter any problems related to Covid 19.

According to the measures of order n ° 2020-315 of the 25th of March 2020 which governs  cancellations of stays during this exceptional period, you can use a credit note of the amount of the sums already paid for your reservation. This credit is valid for a period of 18 months from the date of cancellation of your reservation. Always according to the ordering measures, we offer you within 3 months a stay equivalent to a price that will not exceed the amount of your canceled reservation.You can of course use this credit for another type of stay.

If no new booking is possible during the next 18 months, we will reimburse you at the end of these 18 months for the full amount paid.

These requests only apply to customers who have booked directly with us and not via booking a plateform.
