Accommodation

  • What are arrival and departure times in accommodation ?

    You may arrive from 3pm and you must check out your static caravans by 10am.

    We ask you that you make an appointment at reception to follow the stock-taking procedure.

  • What should we do if we will be arriving late ?

    At reception, there is an intercom, you can use it every time you need and in particular if you arrive after the campsite closing hours.

  • Are beds equipped with quilts and pillows ?

    Yes, quilts,and pillows (60x60) are provided.

  • Can we rent bed sheets and towels ?

    Yes, the rental will be at reception.

  • Is the accommodation equipped with televisions ?

    Not every accommodation is equipped with a television.

    You can rent one for a 20€ fee.

  • Can we rent a baby bed or baby chair ?

    Yes, it’s possible for a 15€ rental fee.

  • Is the rental accommodation non-smoking ?

    Yes.
    All our rental accommodation is no-smoking.

  • Are animals admitted into the static caravans ?

    No, Animals are not accepted in the static caravans.

  • Is cleaning included in the price of the accommodation ?

    No, cleaning is not included in the price of the accommodation.
    When you reserve, you may opt for the cleaning service for the flat rate of €50.

    The payment of this service does not exclude the necessity of leaving the mobile home in an acceptable state (washed dishes, clean kitchen area).

  • Is it necessary to make a security deposit when renting an accommodation ?

    Yes, for each rental accommodation, you will be asked to make a security deposit of 300€ and a cleaning deposit of 50€.

    You can pay in cash, or by cheque when you arrive and it will be returned to you after the stock-taking procedure.

Activities and Hobbies

  • What are the activities offered by the Campsite ?

    In high season, Wednesday evenings are reserved for various musical concerts accompagnied by galettes and crepes.

  • Do you rent bikes ?

    Yes, we propose bike rental with differents rates based on your needs.

  • Is a grocery in the Campsite ?

    The Campsite has a small grocery area at the reception with local specialties. We also have some basic foodstuffs

  • Is it possible to fish on the beach ?

    Yes it is, the Roaliguen beach is home to oysters, clams, mussels… It is also possible to do Surfcasting.

At the Campsite

  • What are the opening periods of the campsite ?

    The Campsite is open from April 1st to October 31th.

  • Is the Campsite accessible to persons with reduced mobility ?

    Yes, the Campsite has the tourism and handicap label.

    We also have a static caravan that is adapted to people with reduced mobility.

  • Are barbecues authorised on the campsite ?

    Yes. We can also rent them.

  • Is there a Wi-Fi connection at the Campsite ?

    Wi-Fi is accessible around the campsite reception and free for 15 minutes per day.

    Tickets are on sale at reception for longer time. To access the Wi-Fi, simply connect to the Campsite La Ferme de Lann Hoëdic network. Once you connect, you may create your account, your last name, first names and email address. Then, chose between free access ( without code) or fee-paid ( payable access) with your ticket. You should only create one account for each connected device.

  • Are visitors admitted ?

    Visitors are welcome in the Camspite.

    They have to leave their cars in the car park, announce their arrival at reception, at which time a 1.50€ fee will be requested.

Camping

  • What are arrival and departure times in pitches ?

    Pitches are available from Midday. You must check out from your pitch by midday.

  • What surface are the pitches ?

    Pitches are between 120m² to 150m².

  • Are the pitches equipped with electrical sockets ?

    Yes. All the pitches are equipped with electrical terminals. Electric current: 10A. European plug format.

  • Are water and electricity included in the price of the pitch ?

    Yes. Water is included in the price of the pitch from water points around the site.

    Electrical hook-up is not included, the ris a supplementary fee of 3.90€

  • Can I put my car on my pitch ?

    You can park your car on your pitch. Only one car is authorized

  • Are animals admitted on the pitches ?

    Yes, animals (except 1st and 2nd class dogs) are admitted on the pitches upon presentation of vaccination records and a daily fee by 2.50€

  • Does the campsite offer specific pitches for camper-vans ?

    No.
    We make no distinction among camper-vans, caravans and tents. All the pitches are available for any of these types of accommodation.

  • May toilets be emptied on the pitch ?

    No, you can find equipment for this purpose in each toilet block and in the camper-vans service area.

Distances

  • How far is Sarzeau town center ?

    Sarzeau town center is 3kms from the Campsite. This road is equipped with cycle paths. You will find there the Super U supermaket.

  • How far is the beach ?

    The Campsite is 800 meters from the Roaliguen Beach accessible on foot (15 minutes) or by bike (5 minutes) by a footpath through the forest.

Reservation / Payment

  • Can we do an e-mail reservation ?

    Yes, you can do it by e-mail or directly on our website . You will receive an email confirming your reservation.

  • When can we pay the full balance ?

    You have to paid the full balance on site and the day before departure.

  • Can we paid by holiday vouchers ?

    Yes, holiday vouchers are accepted at our Campsite for deposit and full balance payment.

  • What kind of reduction cards are accepted ?

    Holders of the following cards enjoy a preferential rate during the off-season: Adac, Acsi, Camping Key and Anwb

  • What payment methods are accepted at the Campsite ?

    We accept payment in Cash, with a banking card, bank cheque and holiday vouchers.

  • How does the cancellation guarantee work ?
